USA Takeoffs: Terms and Conditions

Please Read Important Terms When You Place an Order.

When you accept our service fee quote and/or pay for your order, you agree to our terms of service below:

Service Agreement:

• The turnaround time for an estimate is usually 2 to 5 business days after you agree to it and pay. Sometimes it might take longer depending on how big the project is and how many trades involves.
• You can pay us securely by US ACH bank transfer, or using PayPal with your credit card/debit card, or PayPal account. Once we have your plans and project details and scope of work, we’ll send you a quote with a secure payment link. If you accept, you can pay online using your mobile phone, mobile banking app or PayPal account.
• If a contractor misses a bid deadline, it’s not our responsibility. Once we send you the estimate, we can’t give you a refund. But if you cancel within 5 hours after payment, you can get a refund. After that, we start working and no refunds are possible.
• We consistently prioritize the confidentiality of client’s identity and have no intention of disclosing the information to other contractors or the public. We try to hide the identity of project owner and contractor details while sending sample estimate to interested/potential clients. If you want us to keep your information private, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, we might use it for marketing, like testimonials or sample takeoff spread sheet, unless we agree otherwise. 
• We do not offer insurance, financial guarantees or warranties as our estimates are just guidelines, not final or absolute bid price. We use RSMeans and other online resources for up to date to help us figure out costs, but prices can change based on different factors.
• Our commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you encounter any issues with our services, please reach out to us directly so we can promptly address and resolve them. We kindly ask that you refrain from using PayPal resolution centers for support matters, as this may prolong the process. Instead, email us directly for all support inquiries.

• Cost Estimation Disclaimer:

Options 1-Labor/Man Hours Count (No Rate) (Level 1 or 2) Unless this rate is provided by the customer or on the plans/specs.

Options 2-Using RSmeans or Craftsman General Average Price cost estimation (Labor & Materials) per item.

Our cost estimations are generated using costing data like RS Means and represent average prices only. They do not account for specific overhead, equipment costs, custom item pricing, and similar factors. We do not validate prices with manufacturers. Before utilizing our information, we urge you to carefully review the pricing. While intended as a guide for average costs in your job site area, your actual pricing may vary based on your company’s unique overhead, profit margins, requirements, and consumables. If you have a preferred price list, we are open to incorporating it into your cost estimation results. Additionally, please note that your Excel worksheet is editable, allowing you to adjust prices according to your company’s needs. The explanation of average costing is also provided on your estimate and invoice. Given the fluctuating market conditions affecting construction prices in the USA, it’s essential to verify this information before making decisions.

• We strive to be as accurate as possible on all work performed for our customers. However, please make sure to complete your own quality control and Review to ensure it meets your expectations. Due to job conditions and area variables, your final requirements and material cost may vary.

• We prioritize accuracy and meticulous attention to detail for our esteemed clients, which is why clear communication from clients is essential. We are committed to delivering work on time as agreed upon via email. However, in the event of an increase or modification in the scope of work, details, or the addition of supplementary drawings, the turnaround time may vary accordingly. Additionally, we strongly recommend that our clients provide high-quality drawings for the construction estimating process, as only such drawings can ensure the accuracy of our work.

• Refund Policy:
  • In the event of a refund request, the refund amount will be calculated based on the maximum percentage of profit earned on the provided estimate/bid spreadsheet.
  • The refund amount will not exceed the maximum percentage of profit earned by USA TAEKOFFS on the estimate/bid spreadsheet provided to the client.

• Refund Process:

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing to USA TAKEOFFS.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • USA TAKEOFFS reserves the right to deny or approve refund requests at its discretion.

• Calculation of Refund:

  • Refund amounts will be determined by calculating the maximum percentage of profit earned on the estimate/bid spreadsheet provided to the client.
  • The refund amount will be issued to the client within a reasonable timeframe, following approval of the refund request.

• Limitations:

  • Refund amounts are subject to the terms outlined in the estimate/bid agreement between USA TAKEOFFS and the client.

USA TAKEOFFS reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time, without prior notice. By engaging with USA TAKEOFFS’s services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in these Terms of Service and Conditions.
